Mrs. Bailey-Keown is an environmental, health and safety professional with 36 years' experience in environmental management and 11 years' experience in H&S management. She has experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently, Mrs. Bailey-Keown is the Director of Environmental, Health and Safety for Ball Packaging Operations located in Broomfield, CO. She is responsible for oversight of environmental and H&S programs at 42 can, end and slug manufacturing plants in North and South America. The position is responsible for; understanding the applicable environmental and safety regulations, establishing programs to facilitate compliance with those regulations, auditing plants for compliance verification, managing environmental aspects of property acquisition and divestiture, remediating contaminated properties and, most importantly, eliminating and/or minimizing the potential for employee injury. Prior to joining Ball Corporation, Mrs. Bailey-Keown has also held positions as Manager, Hazardous Waste Management and Corporate Environmental Control Administrator at Northrop Corporation in Los Angeles, CA.

Mrs. Bailey-Keown earned a BS in Environmental Administration from The University of Evansville, Evansville, Indiana (1979) and an MSES in Environmental Studies (1983). She has also done course work in hazardous waste management, various health & safety topics and environmental, health & safety management systems. Mrs. Bailey-Keown is a member of the National Association of Environmental Managers and the American Society of Safety Engineers.

In her spare time, Mrs. Bailey-Keown enjoys being with her family, ushering and quilting.
