He combines his environment, health and safety (EHS) leadership experience with expertise in Operational Excellence and information technology to deliver lasting value and change.

He is skilled in utilizing Agile, Lean, Six Sigma and Management Systems as powerful approaches to guide the problem-solving process.

He believes in the power of people and that high performing teams are incredible in what they can deliver and how they allow people to contribute to the fullest of their abilities. David believes all people need is the right environment and he successfully creates and sustains these environments.

David's experience spans the spectrum of line function, business unit and corporate roles. He has successfully managed teams of up to 22 people with annual budgets of nearly $8 million. He has travelled to and worked in 19 countries and understands how to drive change across cultures. In his current role as the Director of Environment and Sustainability for Teva Pharmaceuticals, the tenth largest pharmaceutical company in the world, he has global responsibility for program and project management across a network of over 85 operating locations. Currently, his focus is on leading global wastewater management and pharmaceuticals in the environment programs. He is also the champion for a newly formed global wastewater management community of practice designed to leverage Teva's wastewater expertise across the entire operating network.

Outside of work David enjoys spending time with his wife, two grown daughters and their dog, a Havanese. They are a close family which makes him very proud. He is a motorcycling and alpine skiing enthusiast and when not out on two wheels or sliding down a mountain he can be found on a small stream fly-fishing for trout.
