Danny currently manages the Social Compliance program for Cabela’s. In the past three years, he has developed and implemented a factory compliance program which has cut costs and increased efficiency. Danny has built effective partnerships with vendors to ensure ethical sourcing, and has successfully worked with third parties to implement sustainable changes.

Before working for Cabela’s, Danny worked in Malawi as a professor and directed a small tile manufacturing company. His experience overseeing manufacturing in the developing world gives him a unique perspective of factory compliance. He believes business has the ability to transform communities.

Danny holds a BS in Education from the University of Kansas and an MBA, in Environmental and Social Sustainability, from Colorado Technical University. He resides in Denver and enjoys golf, tennis, and traveling the world.
